Yasinovatsky district of Donetsk province. A warehouse
containing more than one hundred tons of fireworks caught fire in the
mid-afternoon. More than 100 tons of explosives still burning by early evening
were preventing firefighters from approaching the blaze closely. One warehouse
guard received burns and smoke inhalation injuries. The fire and explosions
ruined two metal hangar buildings used for fireworks storage and hurled some
debris more than 100 metres. The blasts shattered windows at a two kilometre
